 Janis Dawes (Manager)
I have been in dentistry for 41 years, the last 37 being with HDS! In 1992 when John Joyce took over from his retiring father, I became Practice Manageress and still continue with these duties to date. These include maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence among the staff, assuring they maintain the highest standards of cross infection and health and safety for our patients, who are our first priority. Seeing the practice grow over the years makes me proud to be a team member.

 Margaret Bish
I have been working in dentistry for 41 years having joined HDS in 1973 nursing for Dr. Don Joyce. On his retirement John Joyce took over and I moved on to reception. I enjoy greeting patients, helping them with enquiries and making the appointments required. I have enjoyed watching the practice grow into an ultra modern place of work offering all aspects of dentistry from the simple through to the most complex of dentistry.
I am proud to be a part of the HDS team.

I had a change of career in 2001 when I joined HDS. I had secretarial/ financial knowledge. Since being here I have learnt many aspects of dentistry and feel I can confidently arrange any treatment plans that may be required in our modern dental practice. I enjoy meeting patients and welcoming new patients to our practice. I am committed to ensuring every patient is made to feel comfortable and receive high quality care from our professionals.

 Clare Farrow
I begun my career in dentistry in 1990 and qualified in 1996 (NEBDN)
I became a member of HDS in 1998 and after 12 years of dental nursing I am now procurement co-ordinator and receptionist. I am a dedicated member of the team, committed to ensuring everyone who walks through our doors is made to feel welcome and relaxed.
