With over 20 years of experience in the dental industry, Louise is the heart and soul of HDS. Her expertise spans across practice management, patient care, and team leadership. Louise’s dedication to providing exceptional service ensures that every patient feels comfortable and well-cared for from the moment they step through our doors.
Her proactive approach and keen attention to detail ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice, making sure that our patients receive the highest standard of care.
In her spare time Louise enjoys Reading and spending time with her family.
Clare Farrow
Clare began her career in dentistry in 1990 and has been part of the HDS team since 1998.
She has the very rewarding position of Receptionist at HDS. She strives to provide a warm welcome for all of our patients and enjoy helping to manage their dental care given by our friendly, professional team. She feels she has got to know a great number of our patients quite well over the years and that is a very gratifying aspect of her role.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending her time exercising and eating out.
Kelly Beckham – National Diploma in Dental Nursing 2001

Kelly joined Hockley Dental Surgery in December 2019.
Her dental nursing career began in 1998, and she gained her NEBDN Diploma in Dental Nursing in 2001. She went on to achieve her NEBDN Certificate in Dental Radiography in 2008 and completed the SAAD Part 1 Course in Conscious Sedation in 2011. Kelly has also achieved a Level 3 BTEC Advanced Diploma in Dental Reception, with Merit, and in 2017 obtained her Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Treatment Co-ordination.
Kelly enjoys being part of the team at Hockley Dental Surgery and particularly enjoys getting to know our patients and making them feel welcome and at ease. She also looks after the practice’s social media, helping to share our latest news, team updates and what’s happening at Hockley Dental Surgery.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys travelling and volunteering with her therapy dog, Buddy.
