Ross Hagon

Ross began a career in dentistry in 1994. She qualified the same year as a Registered Dental Nurse. Her career development comprised of Certificate in Radiography with Kodak Prize of best clinical case presentation and Certificate of Merit in Oral Health Education.
She qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 1996 and joined HDS in 2001.
Ross has since taken many Post-Graduate Certificates including extended duties to include administration of Local Anaesthetics. She uses ‘the Wand’, a computerized anaesthetic delivery system to make local anaesthetic comfortable. She completed a course in Advanced Scaling techniques.
Ross works closely with our team of dentists to plan and provide tailored treatment plans for the individual. She is fully committed to providing active and preventative treatment in order to maintain healthy smiles. She firmly believes in Continuing Professional Development and keeping aware of the latest techniques and materials. She aims to help patients achieve their maximum level of oral health.
Julie Butler – Education of Dental Hygiene 1997

Julie qualified as a Dental Hygienist at Guys and St, Thomas’ University Hospital in 1997, and upon qualifying, she received an award for motivation and patient care.
Since qualifying, she has worked in various fields gaining experience in orthognathic and facial surgery, as well as general dentistry.
She has worked at HDS since 2002 and prides herself on having a good relationship with her patients, gaining their confidence in her field of expertise.
Since qualifying, she regularly updates her CPD and attends hygienist conferences every year.
Her interests in her spare time are cycling, going to the gym and walking. She also loves to read and travel.
